A qualified candidate will perform various administrative and operational support functions while working closely with both the sales and legal departments. This person will also provide service to clients, prospects and associates as needed. Preparing materials and participating in document retrieval searches and special projects will be another function of responsibility. Strict attention to detail is essential as is the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. Effective oral and written communication skills will be important to effectively exchange ideas and information.

Requirements

Previous customer service and or administrative work experience required. An intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as a basic understanding of database software.
